Luminelle in Aniimo: The Shooting-Star Electric Support

Luminelle is Aniimo's Electric Support from Tideblossom Coast that arrives like a shooting star. Here is its forms, how to recruit one and more.

Luminelle follows shooting stars across the night sky, brimming with electricity, and adjusts the brightness and frequency of its glow to match its mood. It is the final stage of the Tideblossom Coast’s Bulbly line — and unlike almost everything else in this series, you do not get one by tossing a pod at a wild spawn.

Element and role

Luminelle is Electric, slotted as Support. Its habitat is Tideblossom Coast, the Lv53–60 endgame region — the highest-level band on Idyll. Its tentacle attacks come with a glow that shifts with its mood, which is about as Luminelle as a description can get.

How to recruit one

Here is the part that trips people up: base-form Luminelle is not a wild catch. Community documentation is consistent that recruiting one means defeating Alpha Luminelle — the shooting-star Alpha that descends and crash-lands in the coast’s eastern open arena, always at night. Set time to night, wait in the arena for the star to fall, then fight and secure. The full fight — including the Ice and Dark picks community guides recommend and the Electric, Wind and Holy matchups they warn against — is in the Alpha Luminelle guide.

The line behind it

  • Bulbly — the coast’s signature Electric Support, night only. Its lit bulb tracks its health and flashes red once hurt, and it bolts the moment it spots you.
  • Veilfloat — Bulbly’s evolution, also night-only and rarer, often leading groups of wild Bulbly. Check every Aniimo in a group before moving on.
  • Luminelle — the final stage, via the Alpha.

Forms

  • Rainstorm Form — Electric/Water, appears only in rain or thunderstorm, in a cave west of the Alpha arena (community tracking: around (-0103, 0101), behind branches you clear with a Fire skill). This is one of the Aniilog’s flagged weather forms: only one can appear at a time and it does not respawn — be ready to catch, not fight.
  • Prismana Form — documented as Electric/Holy, spawning under Prismana conditions.

Form and weather mechanics are covered in the Weather and Phenomena guide.

Is it worth it?

For an endgame Support with two rare forms and a genuine set-piece recruitment fight — yes, it is one of the most rewarding long-term projects in the game. Just go in with your eyes open:

  • It is endgame content — this is a Lv53+ region, not a detour.
  • The base form is Alpha-gated, so plan the fight before you plan the team.
  • The Rainstorm form is a one-chance spawn per weather cycle; do not let your team kill it before you catch it.

Regional context is in the Tideblossom Coast guide, capture rules in Capture Mechanics, and the Electric matchups in the Type Chart.
