Blitzwood in Aniimo: The Lv40-45 Thunderwoods Guide
Blitzwood is Aniimo's lightning-struck forest region with Alpha Blazen and an electric spawn pool. Here is the level band, the catches, and what to farm.
Blitzwood is the storm-struck slope — the official copy calls it thunder carving furrows into the earth, scorched soil split out of a grassy hillside, sparks still crackling in the struck timber. It sits at Lv40-45 by the launch map survey (one database says 41-46; trust your in-game marker).
Who lives here
Electric country. The pool: Blazen, Bolty, Chirpi, Flutternym, Iris, Irisal, Ignitis, Wisptis, Hummin, Gracewing, Sparki, Squarrel and Squashel.
Element read: Lightning and Grass core, with Dark (Ignitis, Wisptis) and Fire (Sparki) mixed through. The two climbing headliners both live here — Blazen is the only Lv3 climber in the game and Bolty climbs at Lv2, which makes this the region that teaches you vertical traversal.
The boss
Alpha Blazen, the Lightning Alpha, patrols the woods. It warns before it slips into an Overcharged state — treat that warning as your cue to back off or burst it down, and never feed it a full Overcharged window. Full Alpha framework: Boss Guides.
Why you come here
- Climbers. Catching Blazen or Bolty here opens the walls you have been walking around since Nimbus Fields.
- A Rainbow of the Ground story beat passes through this region’s Bloomville marker.
- Grass and Dark collection — Irisal, Ignitis and Wisptis fill dex gaps the earlier regions do not.
Exploration notes
- The survey counted roughly 364 markers, 46 chests and 66 free Aniipods — one of the denser Aniipod regions in the mid game. Community numbers; verify in-game.
- Weather matters more than usual in a storm region — check the 24h forecast (Weather Phenomena) before a form hunt.
- No Omega here; the Omega circuit stays in The Mistwoods, Echoback Landing and Russet Highlands.
Where to next
