THE FINALS Las Vegas Stadium Map Guide (Season 12)

THE FINALS Las Vegas Stadium map guide: Season 12 layout changes and the returning Sandstorm variant with new tactics to win the arena.

THE FINALS Las Vegas Stadium Map Guide (Season 12)

Las Vegas Stadium got the Season 12 treatment too: reworked power positions and sightlines, plus the return of the Sandstorm variant. The original Las Vegas layout is retired for now, so if you knew the old map, relearn the new lines.

What changed in Season 12

Embark adjusted the strong defensive spots and cleaned up a few sightlines that were unfair. The big “power” positions — the ones teams used to lock down — got opened up, so holding them now takes real teamwork instead of one camper. Expect more fluid fights around the central cashout.

Sandstorm variant

Sandstorm is back. Visibility drops hard in the storm, which flips the whole map: long-range kits lose value, and close-range aggression (SA1216, M11, swords) wins. True Sight from the new Infiltrator (Infiltrator guide) sees through the murk, making it strong here. Adapt your loadouts — swap the LH1 for something that works up close.

Tactics

  • Push during the storm. Teams that hug cover get caught when the wind shifts.
  • Medium’s Recon Senses and Light’s True Sight punch above their weight when you can’t see.
  • Use Goo and Barricades to make your own sightlines in the low-visibility mess.
  • The destruction guide still applies — Vegas structures collapse into fresh cover.

Vaults spawn across the open floor, so the storm can force fights you didn’t plan — keep a reserve gadget for escapes. Treat Sandstorm rounds like a different map; the same rotations don’t work when you can’t see twenty meters.

Best classes: a Heavy to anchor the new power spots, a Medium for info and heals, and a Light to punish storm-blind enemies. Compare with Monaco, Seoul, and Skyway Stadium. For the competitive loop, the Ranked Cashout guide and classes guide are your friends. New? Start at the beginner guide.

Outside Sandstorm, Vegas is a more open map where the new sightline fixes reward teams that hold the central cashout with overlapping angles. A Heavy on the power spot plus a Medium healing through Mesh is the standard recipe, and a Light roaming the edges punishes anyone who overextends into the storm-free lanes.
