THE FINALS Skyway Stadium Map Guide (Season 12)
Skyway Stadium is the flashy, neon arena — and Season 12 redesigned the Mansion diorama and reworked the Office, Hotels, and Shopping District for fairer fights. It’s a map of distinct zones, so team communication about which zone you’re taking matters more than raw aim.
The zones
- Mansion diorama: The showcase centerpiece, rebuilt this season. It’s a miniature mansion you fight around and through. Vertical, pretty, and deadly — control the upper walkways to watch the diorama floor.
- Office: Cubicles and corridors, close-range. Mediums and Heavies thrive; Lights get caught if they don’t use the windows.
- Hotels: Multi-floor rooms with balconies overlooking the action. Great sniper and Cloak Recon positions if you can hold the stairs.
- Shopping District: Open stalls and sightlines. The most contested cashout area; expect third-party teams.
Attacking
Skyway rewards verticality. Use Jump Pads and Goo to reach hotel balconies, then drop on the cashout from above. A Light with Gateway can bypass the obvious entrances entirely. Don’t funnel through the Shopping District front — flank via the Office.
Defending
Hold the high ground in Hotels or the Mansion walkways. A Guardian Turret or Mesh Shield on the diorama stairs stops most pushes. Remember destruction: the remaster kept the gradual collapse, so your cover can vanish mid-fight — check the destruction guide.
Most cashouts funnel through the Shopping District and diorama edge, so pre-position rather than react. If you’re new to the mode itself, the cashout guide explains the loop.
Best classes mirror the map’s split: a Heavy anchor, a Medium support, a Light flanker. The classes guide breaks them down. For tournament rotations, read the Ranked Cashout guide. Compare with Monaco and Seoul, and grab S-tier loadouts before you drop in.
General tip: don’t over-commit to the diorama. It looks like the main objective but it’s a kill box if the enemy holds the walkways above it. Treat it as a place to bait fights, then swing through the Office or Hotels to actually secure the cashout. Calling out which zone each enemy team is in beats raw aim here — say it early.
