Arena Breakout Team Annihilation: Duo Mode Guide
How Duo Annihilation works in Arena Breakout Infinite: two players, preset loadouts, first to four rounds, and the Koen rewards
Team Annihilation, also called Duo Annihilation, is the mode for players who want gunfights without risking their stash. No gear goes in, and nothing comes out but Koen.
The format
Teams are fixed at two players. You cannot bring your own items in or out. At the start of each round, both players pick a preset equipment set for that round.
Matches run up to seven rounds. The first team to four round wins takes the match. Teams swap sides at round four, so both pairs play each position.
Winning a round
Eliminate both enemies to win the round. If time runs out with players alive on both sides, the round is decided by the remaining rules shown on the score board.
A safe zone opens 90 seconds into the round. Standing outside it drains your safety value. When the value empties, you go down. Do not camp the edge of the zone and let the drain finish you.
The preset loadouts
Each round offers equipment sets, and they play differently:
- P90 set: submachine gun with a portable camera. Good for pushing and close fights.
- SJ16 set: sniper rifle with a scan terminal. Good for holding angles and gathering info.
- Support sets: carry claymores and extra utility for area denial.
Pick sets that cover each other. Two snipers lose every push. Two rushers lose every angle. One aggressive set and one holding set is the strong default.
The Koen payout, line by line
Koen is paid by mail after the match:
- 1,000 per elimination, capped at 10,000 per match.
- 200 per assist, capped at 2,000 per match.
- 24,000 for winning the match.
The mode is a Koen faucet, not a replacement for raids. Play it to fund budget runs when your stash is thin.
Team Annihilation mistakes, from splitting up to set repicks
- Splitting up. Two players who separate lose both 1v2 fights.
- Ignoring the safe zone timer. Check it when the round starts.
- Repicking the same set every round. Swap when the enemy adjusts.
- Treating it like ranked. There is no rank on the line, so experiment.
For how it differs from the risk modes, the modes guide covers each playlist; the solo versus squad page explains why a preset-loadout mode is the fairest practice for a solo player.
