Arena Breakout Event Modes: Drops, Storm, Zombie Endless
Every Arena Breakout: Infinite event mode explained: Supply Drops with no gear risk, Storm Warning rules, and Season 7's two zombie modes
Event modes in Arena Breakout: Infinite are limited-time playlists with their own rules. Some are the safest practice in the game, and some are the most dangerous. Knowing the difference before you queue is the whole trick.
Supply Drops
Supply Drops is the beginner-friendly mode. Access opens at account Level 6 through the Seasonal Events tab. You need a Supply Drops Pass or a 300,000 Koen entry fee.
The mode uses preset kits and infinite respawns, and you never risk your personal stash gear. Anything lost in the match does not touch your inventory. It is the best place to learn gunplay without betting your loadout.
Storm Warning
Storm Warning is the high-risk event. Entry requires bringing at least 70,000 Koen worth of equipment plus a 15,000 Koen fee. Impostor and Covert Ops operators cannot queue into it.
The storm cuts visibility and masks sound, which changes how fights play. Suppressed weapons and noise-reduction headsets matter more here than anywhere else. Helmets with liftable visors keep rain off your optics.
Ajax and his guards spawn on Farm, patrolling near the Stables and main roads. Beating him takes high-penetration ammunition and disciplined angle holding inside buildings.
Extraction runs through the Southern Blockade, which charges no Koen fee during the storm but is first-come, first-served. Leave early rather than waiting at a crowded exit.
If an Encrypted File spawns, a ten-minute timer starts. Loot it and your coordinates ping across the map. Extract immediately or expect company.
Zombie Endless and Infected Zone (Season 7)
Season 7: Utopia brought the game’s first real PvE extraction content, and it arrived as two separate modes rather than one:
Infected Zone (PvPvE) drops you into biohazard versions of Farm, Valley, and Airport with six zombie types plus live players. Two difficulties govern it — Valley runs the standard tier, while Farm and Airport scale up to Heavy Infected Zone at Forbidden-level threat. Specialised merchants appear inside the zone so you can sell scavenged goods mid-raid for intel and high-value loot, and timed emergency missions spawn unique containers.
Zombie Endless (PvE) is the pure version, unlocked at level 8 and set on Airport. You pick a role, gear up, and hold against escalating waves, buying weapon upgrades and skill boosts from in-battle merchants between waves. No other players, so no one snipes you across the map while you learn the spawns.
Both feed a Zombie Research progression tree that pays out permanent abilities, so repeat runs are not wasted.
If you have seen “Misty Valley” described as an ABI event — fog, a sanity meter, vending machines in the mist — that is the mobile game Arena Breakout’s Season 13 event, not this one. The two titles share a universe and a name but not a season line, and guides cross-contaminate them constantly.
How to use event modes
- Learn the game in Supply Drops, where death costs nothing.
- Enter Storm Warning only with a budget kit you can afford to lose.
- Run the zombie modes with a squad: Infected Zone is tuned around a team, and Zombie Endless waves scale past what one kit can hold.
Event mode mistakes, from Storm Warning to Encrypted Files
- Bringing your best gear into Storm Warning.
- Queueing Supply Drops as an Impostor or Covert Ops operator and wondering why it is locked.
- Sitting on an Encrypted File and treating the pings as background noise.
For how the permanent playlists differ, the modes guide covers the rules; the practice modes page covers the ones that cost you nothing to lose.
