Lighthouse After Patch 1.1.5.0: The Map You Learned Is Gone
Patch 1.1.5.0 moved Rogues to the chalets, cleared the water treatment plant and opened a free route to Icebreaker. What changed and how to route it.
Patch 1.1.5.0 reworked Lighthouse with the stated goal of letting players control the risks they take instead of depending on random factors. Anyone still running a pre-rework route is walking into a different map.
The danger moved, it did not disappear
Rogues left the water treatment plant and moved to the mountain chalets. At the same time the plant lost every stationary weapon and every landmine, and the open ground along the main road was rebuilt to add cover and extra routes. The practical read is that the old gauntlet at the plant is now largely a looting and transit space, while the chalets are where the fight happens. Movement also changed underneath you. The BTR now patrols the location with several route variants covering the whole map, including the approach to the peninsula bridge and the water treatment plant. New underground passages in the mountains cut the route down to the southern extracts, which makes leaving the north side faster than any pre-patch sequence did. Loot distribution was reworked as well, with Rogue stashes holding their abandoned gear scattered across the location. Key locations were shuffled too. The Marked Room no longer sits on Lightkeeper’s peninsula, and Prapor’s camp, which several main story tasks need, was relocated. Old extracts and objective markers you memorized may point at empty ground.
Lightkeeper access has different requirements
The unlock chain was rebuilt to test skill rather than repeat busywork. To receive the first task in the “To the Light” chain you now need access to Lighthouse through the “Tour” storyline, Loyalty Level 3 with every trader except Fence and Ref, and a conversation with Mechanic about working with Lightkeeper. Several of his later tasks were rebalanced, and some now reward a rare key to a loot room on the peninsula.
Icebreaker got cheaper to enter
Icebreaker can be entered from both Shoreline and Lighthouse now, and it no longer costs roubles. It requires a one-time “Sudak-tudak” marine repair kit instead, obtained by finishing Ragman’s “Pay the Fare!” task, which then unlocks a special type of operational task that rewards more of those kits. In other words the entry price moved from currency to a single errand, and ignoring that task is now the only thing keeping you out. A transition point to Icebreaker sits on Lighthouse itself, with the hovercraft waiting at the pier near the water cottages. Team play changed in ways covered by our group shared tasks page, and insurance behavior differs sharply if you are running this on a seasonal character, which the seasonal character page explains.
