These are the Season 6 Multiplayer loadouts worth running right now, built from the live meta (CODMunity weekly, 2026-10-19; The Click and MetaRadar, October 2026). Each one is tuned for the role that weapon actually fills — not a copy-paste of the highest-damage parts. Every build is listed as its exact attachments so you can rebuild it yourself on any platform; attachment names are version-locked to this season, so match them by name rather than by slot position. Important: these are Multiplayer builds. Ranked Play restricts the weapon and attachment pool, and Warzone uses different balance values, so do not carry a Multiplayer build unchanged into those modes.

Build codes: what they share, and what they cannot

Black Ops 7 generates a Weapon Build Code for every weapon you configure — a 14-character string that stores one gun’s attachments and nothing else. The feature unlocks with custom loadouts at level 4, and the code updates the instant you swap a part, so whatever is on your screen is what the code contains.

How to move a build between accounts:

  • Copy it (PC). In the Gunsmith the code appears highlighted near the attachment grid, with a copy icon beside it on PC.
  • Copy it (console). There is no copy button on console — you read the code out or screenshot it.
  • Send it in-game. Loadout → Options → Share Weapon Build → pick friends. They get a notification next time they log in.
  • Import it. Main menu → the six-dot icon (or Options in the loadout screen) → Import Weapon Build → paste → review the attachment list → save. The imported build drops into your saved builds and blueprints; it does not equip itself.
  • Steal it from a killcam. This is the part no other shooter does. While a killcam is playing, hold the on-screen prompt next to the weapon display (default key 3 on keyboard) and the dead player’s build is saved. You cannot import mid-match — finish the game, then open your notifications.

Two limits worth knowing before you blame the code. A build code covers only the weapon: perks, tacticals, lethals and field upgrades are not included, so a shared code is never a full class. And every attachment in it must already be unlocked on your account, or the game flags the build as incomplete and asks you to drop the locked parts. If a code will not apply at all, the usual cause is a truncated paste — the string is exactly 14 characters.

Given that, a code from a video or a Discord post is only as good as the reasoning behind it. The attachments below are the ones with a defensible reason attached; the attachments trade-offs guide explains why each slot choice is worth its cost rather than just naming parts.

VMP — top SMG (close range)

  • Optic: FANG Hoverpoint ELO
  • Muzzle: Bowen .45 Suppressor
  • Barrel: 14.6” Nocturnal-VI
  • Underbarrel: Sapper Guard Handstop
  • Magazine: Dapple Capacity Mag
  • Fire Mods: 9mm Parabellum FMJ

Built around strafing and handling. VMP is a free Season 6 Battle Pass unlock (page 3), so there is no reason not to level it first.

Kogot-7 — fastest SMG TTK (close range)

  • Optic: FANG Hoverpoint ELO
  • Muzzle: SWF Tishina-11
  • Barrel: 13.5” Canis-05
  • Underbarrel: VAS Convergence Foregrip
  • Magazine: Vex Expanse Mag

Kogot-7’s 564 m/s velocity reaches further than most SMGs; this build keeps it aggressive while taming the vertical recoil.

Sturmwolf 45 — versatile SMG (Multiplayer)

  • Muzzle: Redwell Shade-X Suppressor
  • Barrel: 14.8” Perigee
  • Underbarrel: VAS Convergence Foregrip
  • Magazine: MFS Tigris .40 Cal Mag
  • Rear Grip: Selene Rover Grip

A balanced SMG that works close-to-mid; a conversion-kit variant trades some close TTK for a competitive 300 ms out to 26 m.

EGRT-17 — top assault rifle (Multiplayer)

  • Muzzle: Redwell Shade-X Suppressor
  • Barrel: 14.6” LTI Verdin
  • Magazine: EAM Acute Mag
  • Rear Grip: LTI Diode Grip
  • Stock: Eider Sidestep Stock

The most balanced top-tier AR — holds lanes and still moves. This is the default rifle to trust in Season 6.

Hawker HX — top sniper (quickscope)

  • Muzzle: SWF Tishina-11
  • Barrel: MFS 25” Votive
  • Rear Grip: Auroral Light Grip
  • Laser: 1mW Instinct Laser Array
  • Fire Mods: Light Bolt

Tuned for fast peeks rather than long-range velocity. One-shot kills against unarmored targets at every range.

M10 Breacher — top shotgun

  • Muzzle: Redwell Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 19.8” Bull Barrel
  • (Class-defining): M10 Breacher Argus Lever
  • Laser: 2mW Adaptive Tactical Laser
  • (Pump): Pump Guide Rod

The Argus Lever is what gives the Breacher its consistent close-range one-shot identity; the Season 6 range buffs made it even more forgiving.

SG-12 — semi-auto shotgun (close range)

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: 20” Hawker Reach Barrel
  • Rear Grip: LTI DawnVoid Grip
  • Laser: Convergence Box Laser
  • Fire Mods: LW Trigger

A 9-round semi-auto for sustained close-quarters fire rather than a single pump.

How to tune your own

The logic behind every build above is the same three-step priority from our attachment philosophy guide: stabilise first, then mobility, then range — and never stack parts that fight each other. Your loadout slots give you five attachment points plus perks and wildcards, so spend them on the role, not on a damage number. If you want the class-level reasoning behind any of these, the best assault rifle, best SMG, best sniper, best shotgun and best LMG pages explain the picks.

Timing note

This is the Season 6 Multiplayer state as of October 2026. Attachment names are version-locked to this season’s arsenal, and a balance patch can change which build is optimal — re-check before a competitive grind.
