How to Get One Thousand Voices in Destiny 2
One Thousand Voices drops only from Riven in the Last Wish raid. Farm it on each character for extra chances, or pull a roll from Monument to Lost Light.
One Thousand Voices is a fusion rifle that drops only from Riven, the final boss of the Last Wish raid in the Dreaming City. There is no other source, so the farm is running Last Wish and hoping Riven drops it, with the Monument to Lost Light as a fallback for players who already own it.
Why it stays relevant
Despite its age, One Thousand Voices remains a strong burst option for both PvE and PvP because its charge-and-release beam can delete majors and chunk bosses. It is not craftable, so every roll is random, and you chase good charge time and reserves perks rather than a fixed god roll.
How to farm
The reliable route is the Last Wish raid. Riven drops it randomly, and the chest after Riven also rolls it. Players who already own it can pull a new roll from the Monument to Lost Light in the Tower for an Exotic Cipher when it is available there. Running the raid on each character per week gives extra chances at the drop.
Is it worth chasing now
If you already own a decent roll, the farm is optional, because newer fusion rifles often match it in sustained content. Where it still shines is burst windows and solo play, so keep it if you enjoy the charge playstyle rather than grinding for a second copy. New players benefit more from a craftable exotic they can tune.
Build notes
It rewards a charger playstyle: pop a super or buff, charge the beam, and release into a priority target. Pair it with a subclass that can survive Riven’s DPS phases, and bring add control for the knights before the boss. Because the charge gives away your intent, fire it from cover so enemies do not peek you mid-beam.
The exotic weapons guide lists every source, and how to get exotics covers the broader loot loop. If you are newer to the raid, the raids guide maps the Riven encounter so you are not learning the puzzle and the DPS at once.
