The pre-orders that opened June 25, 2026 cover PS5 and Xbox Series X|S exclusively. Anything stating a specific PC month is an unsourced prediction.

What Rockstar’s own people have said

In a May 2026 interview, Take-Two chairman and CEO Strauss Zelnick said Rockstar “always starts on console” because a release of this size is judged on how it serves its core players, and the company aims to reach other platforms “over time.” That is the closest thing to an official position, and it contains no date. Treat it as context, not a roadmap.

What past Rockstar ports suggest

This is pattern arithmetic, not a forecast. Rockstar’s last three big releases reached PC on these gaps after their console launches:
