Destiny 2 Immortal Title: How to Get It
What the Destiny 2 Immortal title requires, how to track raid progress, and how it differs from Flawless titles and Moment of Triumph
Immortal is the title for players who have finished every raid in Destiny 2. It is the most collection-heavy title in the game, and it never expires.
What Immortal requires
Complete every raid at least once, on any difficulty, on any character. The list runs from the original Leviathan through Salvation’s Edge:
- Leviathan and its lairs, Eater of Worlds and Spire of Stars
- Last Wish
- Garden of Salvation
- Deep Stone Crypt
- Vault of Glass
- Vow of the Disciple
- King’s Fall
- Root of Nightmares
- Crota’s End
- Salvation’s Edge
Progress is tracked in the Triumphs tab under the raid category. Each completed raid lights up its entry. There is no time limit and no difficulty gate.
Immortal is not Flawless
Flawless titles are per-raid and require a full clear with no deaths. Immortal only asks for one clear per raid. If you can join a learning run for each raid, Immortal is reachable by any dedicated player.
Moment of Triumph
Moment of Triumph is the annual event before each expansion. It adds a free triumph set and a seal of the same name. It is not required for Immortal, but it is the best window to close old gaps because the objectives are usually generous.
Some Moment of Triumph rewards arrive as redemption codes, including Twitch drops. Our codes guide covers how to claim those.
Watch for unvaulting
Raids rotate in and out of availability. Crota’s End and Root of Nightmares both left and returned. If a raid on your list is currently in the game, do it while you can. Bungie announces returns in the patch notes, so check the News tile weekly.
A realistic schedule
One raid per week clears the list in about three months. Use checkpoints so a long raid can be split across sessions. Ask for a sherpa through LFG rather than grinding solo. Bring each raid’s recommended Power level, and read one encounter guide before you queue.
