Hunting Bow — nerfed

The bow’s upper-body one-hit-kill range at full draw was reduced, and the draw-percentage damage curve was adjusted so quick shots deal less damage and are less likely to one-shot:

  • With “Hundred Hands” trait: 36m → 30m
  • Without the trait: 29m → 27m Reserve ammunition was also cut: Basic 1/8+8 → 1/6+6, Poison 1/5+5 → 1/4+4, Frag 1/5+5 → 1/4+4, Concertina 1/5+5 → 1/4+4.

LeMat — new High Velocity custom ammo

A new custom ammo type arrived for the LeMat family. Official stats:

  • LeMat Carbine HV: Damage 101, Muzzle Velocity 560, Drop Range 150, Recoil 4.5, Reserve 9/12
  • LeMat HV: Damage 92, Muzzle Velocity 450, Drop Range 85, Recoil 8, Reserve 9/8 LeMat reserve ammunition was also trimmed across types (Compact, Incendiary, FMJ 9/18 → 9/12; Shotgun Shells, Dragon Breath, Starshell 1/3 → 1/2; Slugs 1/2 → 1/1).

Terminus — buffed

Damage increased 186 → 207 and spread decreased 40 → 30.

Officer — reserve trimmed

Compact, Poison, and Dumdum 7/14 → 7/10; High Velocity 7/9 → 7/7; Subsonic 7/16 → 7/12.

Slug ammo — cheaper

Slug price reduced from 65 to 40 Hunt Dollars for: Romero 77, Romero 77 Shorty, Romero 77 Hatchet, Drilling and its variants, LeMat and its variants, and Haymaker.

Tool and consumable prices

  • Tool Box 70 → 25
  • Medical Pack 35 → 15
  • Decoy Fuses 30 → 15
  • Bear Traps 70 → 35
  • Throwing Axes 50 → 80
  • Throwing Spear 80 → 145
  • Derringer Pennyshot 63 → 100 Heavy Knife also got a taller melee hitbox to improve hit chance.

How to read it

The bow lost range and ammo economy, Terminus gained punch and tighter spread, and slugs plus several tools got cheaper — a net shift toward affordability and away from the bow’s old dominance. The new Burgess shotgun and the Blood Testament event sit on top of this sandbox. For loadout implications, see the death-by-loadout page, and for the bigger picture the hidden-info overview remains the change that affects every match.
